Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for contractors with the capabilities to provide Exhaust Fan Replacement and Installation Services at Tomah VA Medical Center located in Tomah, WI. The Contractor shall supply all labor, Tools, Equipment, and Transportation to remove existing Exhaust fan, reroute the ductwork, install new Exhaust fan, and duct the vent outside of the building, ensuring the rooms affected maintain their minimum exhaust CFM is achieved. The Contractor shall have an OSHA certified site superintendent on site whenever any work is being performed. When applicable, the Contractor shall provide certifications for all personnel performing any welding and shall certify all welds prior to the start-up of any of the units. Awarded Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all work whether subcontracted or self-performed is done by professional, fully qualified personnel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561492.
