Under Statutory Authority 40 U.S.C. 501 and 41 U.S.C. 251 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips healthcare Informatics inc. for the Philips invivo Uronav System. The contractor will service the Philips Invivo Uronav System repair and or replacement of any needed parts for this system. Philips Healthcare Informatics Inc. Is the sole manufacturer Seller and Service source on the Philipl Invivo Uronav System. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 501 and 41 U.S.C. 251 implemented in FAR 8.405-6, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a Option year price contract for a Long-term Service. The NAICS Code is 811210 This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service to the Contracting Officer by 4:00PM (CST) 08/25/2023. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source negotiation with the Philips Healthcare Informatics Inc.
