The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide service maintenance and repair to the Welch Allyn Connex Server Application Software. Connex is Welch Allyn software that automates the vitals and documentation process by sending the data directly to the Electric Medical Record (EMR). The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, parts, test equipment, tools, and expertise necessary to support and maintain the Connex Server Application Software. The contractor shall provide the following coverage: Direct Access to the SmartCare Support Center Remote Diagnostics and Repair 24 x 7 x 365 Telephone Support, Corepoint License and Support Software Updates/Upgrades, EMR Interface Map Changes (2x annually) and Technical Training Allowances (2 techs/yr.). The contractor shall have authorization and factory-trained ability to support the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) proprietary software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by Monday, July 17, 2023, to Della.bond@va.gov to include the following: Company Experience in providing maintenance and repair services to referenced software, to include number of years and any examples of current contracts in place with government or commercial entities; Customer point of contact information for contracts listed in company experience along with a description of software serviced under the contract; Verification of authorization and training related to servicing referenced OEM software; Number of qualified maintenance personnel employed; DUNS number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 811210, and socioeconomic status; This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation.
