The Great Lake Acquisition Center (GLAC) Milwaukee, WI is soliciting businesses for Outside-Plant Fiber-Optic Distribution System (FOCD) Installation. The Contractor shall install the FOCD to support digital voice/data end user equipment throughout the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) at North Chicago, IL. The FOCD architecture shall be of the latest technology design for telephony distribution cabling. The Contractor shall install in accordance with all applicable standards available at time of installation to include published commercial specifications as well as standards and preferences expressed in this document. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period and the system installation shall be completed no later than three (3) months after award.
