Requirement The Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center (VAMC), Facility Services located at 5000 S. 5th Avenue, Hines, IL 60141-3030 is seeking to purchase EBSCO Database Subscription services. The EBSCO Database allows instant access to tens of thousands of full online journal articles, E-books, and other literature resources.
