Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, parts, and expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective maintenance (unscheduled) repair of all (316) overhead-mounted patient lifts (see Attachment 1-Equipment List) at the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital (VAH), 5000 South 5th Avenue, Hines, IL 60141-5000. This includes all models of patient lifts manufactured by Guldmann, Medcare, and Arjohuntleigh. There will be no sensitive information involved with this service contract. Contract is for a base year plus four one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
