THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Brand Name or Equal Symphonie Aqua Complete Transtibial System This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12), to provide Cypress Adaptive Symphonie Aqua Complete Transtibial System to the Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center located in Hines, IL. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The full solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov on January 20, 2023. The full solicitation will be an Unrestricted Full and Open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing; the size standard is 750 employees. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
