Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors who can provide a base + 4 option year full-service Annual Preventive Maintenance Contract at the Oscar G. Johnson, located in Iron Mountain, MI. Contractor will be required to provide complete software service, software configuration, and diagnostic troubleshooting software for the entire security system. Base + 4 option year full-service Annual Preventive Maintenance at the Oscar G. Johnson Iron Mountain VA facility to include the following: Provide unscheduled / urgent support to restore CCure security system Provide unscheduled / urgent support to restore CCure iStar panels. Provide scheduled support for all CCure security software platforms Microsoft operating systems Software House proprietary software All other software & firmware upgrades, updates, & patches upon release The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 .
