Per 1810, this is the definition of a qualified test contractor- Qualified Testing Contractor. A qualified testing contractor is an individual/company that has performed testing in compliance with VHA Boiler and Associated Plant Safety Device Testing Manual in at least three other VA medical facilities. Please provide Make and Models for all 3 boilers, DA Tank & Condensate Tank Boiler #1 is a Simoneau- Sterling Serial #5385 20,000 lbs per hour, Boiler #2 is Simoneau -Sterling Serial # 5384 30,000 lbs per hour and Boiler 3 is just like boiler 2 but has serial # 5383. The DA tank Is a Simoneau tank with a max working pressure of 50 PSI at 350 degrees Serial # 5399 and the condensate tank  has a max working pressure of 50 psi at 298 degrees serial # 5401 Is National Board Inspections included in this contract? If so: NO, This is not an internal inspection but rather a safety device test Does the VA open & close the boilers for inspection? NA Does the VA provide all gaskets?
