Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25223B0023 Project: Rehabilitate Ogden Elevators Project Number: 537-21-101 Location: Jesse Brown VAMC, Chicago, IL PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified supervision to rehabilitate Ogden obsolete passenger and freight elevators. Work includes the preparation of site for building operations, including minor demolition of elevator door infill and perform work for the modernization of the existing elevators serving building 11B as well as the addition of a new elevator in the existing empty elevator shaft at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (JBVAMC) in accordance with the Construction Documents. Time for completion is 470 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed issued by the Contracting Officer. The project magnitude range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors, Size Standard: $22.0 million. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
