PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete Project 607-22-106 Replace Roofs, as defined by the drawings and specifications. Scope includes, but not limited to: roofing, mechanical and electrical. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contact Opportunities. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a; (1) SDVOSB eligible vendor IAW VAAR Subpart 819.70; https://www.va.gov/oal/library/vaar/vaar819.asp#8197001 (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) SDVOSB listed as verified in SBA VetCert database at:Â Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)Â Â The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 February 2023 with the bid opening on or about 16 March 2023. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from Contact Opportunities which may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238160; size standard $16.5 Million applies. Time for completion is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
