The Great Lake Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the above items. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 soliciting competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 352120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The FSC/PSC is 6830, Gases, Compressed and Liquified. BUY AMERICAN ACT NOTE: The basis of design items identified in this notice are domestic end products for public use in the United States as defined in FAR Part 25. Period of Performance (POP): 10/1/2022 9/30/2023. Must be in packaging either in boxes or bags delivered to the Blood Donor Center, Processing Division, Building 133 BD-127, 3001 N Green Bay Rd., North Chicago, IL 60064. Vendors with a GSA schedule shall provide the contract number of that schedule and the expiration date as well as product NAICS codes. All items should be clearly identified if they are scheduled items or open market items. Interested offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
