Four PATSCANT systems are known to meet the governments needs as defined below. Concealed Weapons Detection System: Main Entrance: The contractor will install, wire, configure, and fully test a Concealed Weapons Detection system that uses advanced sensors and artificial intelligence to detect a wide range of concealed weapons and threats that meets the following standards: Must be a touchless security screening solution. Must integrate with Avigilon Control Center (ACC). Cameras on the system must be able to stream live video to ACC and is recorded. Must be able to screen up to 3600 people per hour. See in real-time where the potential threat is on a person s body or in their bag with clear, visual alerts. Must be a quick unobtrusive system. Operate at a minimum -20 Celsius and a max of 55 Celsius Must have situational awareness cameras Must be able to work with the appearance search functionality via ACC currently installed at JBVAMC. Must be able to hide cables in order to have an ADA compliant style entrance. Must be able to move the system anywhere it is needed. Install an express tablet at the Entrances that Security Assistants and other staff will use on an adjustable pedestal that can operate between 48 inches to 60 inches high. The final mandatory requirement is that the Contractor will make this system look aesthetically pleasing including redesigning potential products so that it looks like a large planter.
