Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide sewer line mapping at the VA Illiana Healthcare System located in Danville, Illinois. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, management and supervision to conduct the sewer mapping throughout building 129 at the VA Illiana VA Healthcare Systems, 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832. The contractor shall: 1. Video scope the drainage system under building 129 a. Scope the drainage system with camera, recording drainage system, defects/blockages, identifying locations of defects/blockages +/- 3 and providing isometric drawings of underground drainage system. b. Provide an isometric drawing and mark the position of the defect/blockage on isometric drawing within +/-3 , if defects/blockages are found. The report shall include the location of the defect/blockage identified for future repairs. c. Provide a recording of the video obtained during investigation and associated reports. 2. Replace any drain covers, caps, plugs, etc. removed to access the drain system at all access points when finished. The contractor shall have valid Illinois plumbing license. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541370. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by Friday, July 22, 2022 to naqikah.greenfield@va.gov to include the following: Company Experience in providing sewer line mapping services to referenced equipment, to include number of years and any examples of current contracts in place with government or commercial entities; Customer point of contact information for contracts listed in company experience along with a description of equipment serviced under the contract; Verification of authorization and training related to sewer line mapping services; Number of qualified maintenance personnel employed; SAM UEI number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 541370, and socioeconomic status; This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation.
