The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 12, Great Lakes Health Care System, Nutrition & Food Services (NFS) Division is seeking contractors capable of providing and delivering a variety of fresh (never frozen) bread and bakery products needed for food production and meal service. Further details are provided in the scope of work. The Government intends on awarding multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to meet the VISN requirement. BPA pricing will include an economic price adjustment clause allowing for price adjustments. The Government intends on awarding multiple BPAs with a base 12-month period and (2) 12-month option periods. Refer to attachments for additional information.
