The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) Milwaukee, WI is soliciting businesses to provide annual preventative maintenance to Girton Cage Washers at Edward Hines Jr VA Hospital, in Hines IL, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide service/maintenance to maintain the two Girton brand cage washers located at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital (Hines VA) Veterinary Medical Unit (VMU), Hines IL, and keep them in operational condition. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract. The period of performance shall be approximately a one year base period and four option years.
