Questions and Answers: Q1: Who currently has or had the most previous contract A1:  Vets Access, LLC Q2: Are the assets current in the PM inspections? A2: Yes, the annual PM inspections were completed within the last year time frame. Q3: Are the PMs scheduled throughout the year or are they mostly completed all at one time. Would the current schedule have to be adhered to strictly or is there flexibility? A3:  The PM are mostly scheduled all at one time and last multiple days. Last year, the contractor had to make multiple trips as they were not allowed in certain areas due to COVID. Q4: Is there an incumbent Employee under EO 13495? A4: No Q5: Can you share the contract number and/or award amount of the previous contract? A5: Contract number VA69D-17-C-0315; award amount $270,540.20 Q6: In the Solicitation, page 26, item 2b: Offeror shall provide copies of technicians certification of completion from Guldmann s in-house factory certification program.  Will the government accept proof of past performance or other certifications for patient lifts in lieu of OEM training/certification?  A6: No, the offeror shall provide technicians certificate of completion from Guldmann s in-house factory certification program. Q7: With regards to your SOW and Section B.3, the counts on the types of lifts are incorrect. There are at least 196 GH3s in the facility in question. Will you consider modifying the solicitation? A7: The solicitation has been amended to reflect the accurate quantities and model numbers, see attachment 36C25222Q0708_1 A0001. Q8: Similarly, to the question / concern above, in B.3 Line 0003, and in all corresponding option years, the following is requested: 12 Volt 5 AMP (GH2/DH2000/DH4000) - QTY 150. These have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Will you consider modifying the solicitation?
