This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 424490 - Other Grocery and Related Products Merchant Wholesalers, and 311812 - Commercial Bakeries. This sources sought is set-aside for Small Businesses. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this sources sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This sources sought does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. Johnson VA Medical Center 325 East H Street Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 The Government is seeking a contractor/s capable of providing the services of delivering a variety of fresh (never frozen) bread and bakery products. Interested contractor/s must be able to provide an uninterrupted source of supply in sufficient quantities to meet the estimated requirements. Further details can be found in the attached Statement of Work. The Government intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with a base 12-month period and (4) 12-month option periods. All prices awarded under the BPA shall be fixed for a one-month period. Interested Contractors must include the following information when responding to the sources sought: 1. Company name, address, point of contact and email address. List of facilities interested in and capable of providing an uninterrupted source of supply for the period of the anticipated agreement. 2. Size status and representation/s of the company (i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large Business, etc.) 3. Is the company considered a small business under the NAICS code 311812, identified under this RFI? 4. Does the company produce the referenced items or products being offered?
