The Contracting Officer is seeking a single source that is able to provide the services of one Clinical Psychologist, 4 Psychiatric Technician, one each of Chiropractor, Chiropractor Assistant and Registered Nurse Case Manager under a PERSONAL SERVICES contract for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), 3001 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064. The contract would be for a Base Year, with four one-year option years. All of the providers would be scheduled to work Monday through Friday (no weekends or Federal Holidays) - 80 hours per two-week period. Anticipated award date: October 1, 2022. Service providers who are fully COVID-19 vaccinated will receive a higher rating when VA evaluates candidates. All qualified firms who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to respond to the following: 1. Submit a response if able to provide all of the requested occupations or a portion of the requirement. 2. Indicate if services can be performed commencing October 1, 2022. 3. Provide hourly rates for the service providers. 4. Provide evidence of being verified in VIP, if SDVOSB. 5. Provide evidence of being active in SAM.GOV. Responses are due by April 26, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to Patrice.Bond@va.gov. No phone calls will be taken. This is the first contract that is being sought by the Department of Veterans Affairs for PERSONAL SERVICES. This Sources Sought Notice will be used to identify potential vendors that would be interested and capable of providing qualified service providers as detailed above, and to assist the Contracting Officer in identifying firms that can provide these PERSONAL SERVICES providers. It is for market research purposes only and shall not be considered as a request for quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the contractor submission of this Sources Sought Notice or the Government's use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any contractor's input resulting from this Sources Sought Notice. No contractual arrangement will be made as a result of this announcement. Information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice will not be returned.
