Would an awning be an acceptable alternative? A: No hard canopies offer additional security over the sliding glass doors which are important. Q: The bid references a refrigerator outlet. Are we supposed to be providing a refrigerator? Where is the outlet supposed to be located? A: We do not need a refrigerator we will be supplying our own. Refrigerator outlet should be somewhere out of the way to not obstruct flow, if possible next to cabinets. Q: Where are the flood lights supposed to be located? A: Interior unit disbursed, with light concentrated over countertop area. On Exterior of unit, we would like them placed to provide the best possible lighting under the units for work being done. Q: The bid calls for exterior graphics. What graphics are you wanting installed? A: This has not been determined yet potentially the Tomah VA logo or Veterans Affairs logo, half wrap or just logos with half wrap being the preference. Q: The bid calls for hands-on training. A: We would prefer hands on training on how the unit lifts and lowers, canopy operation, generator, heating and AC operations. Q: The bid calls for four outlets to be installed "by the cabinets". Do you want them installed in the sidewall or in the cabinets? A: On the sidewall would be preferred. Q: Where do you want the fire extinguisher located? A: Somewhere out of the way to not obstruct flow other than that no preference.
