PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation: 36C25222Q0411 Project: Project Number/Name: 556-20-007, DEMO Interior B134-2C Air Monitoring for Asbestos Abatement Location: Captain James A. Lovell FHCC 3001 Green Bay Rd. North Chicago, IL 60064 Contractor shall provide Asbestos Abatement Project Oversight and Air Monitoring: This project engages a contractor to provide asbestos abatement project oversight during planned abatement activities. Provide Asbestos Project Manager/Air Sampling Professional (APM/ASP) to perform project oversight, and asbestos air monitoring and clearance sampling for planned abatement activities. All APM/ASP services shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable and current Federal and State of Illinois, Department of Public Health regulations for asbestos abatement Period of Performance is to occur over an approximate two-week (12 days) period of performance; Abatement monitoring will be required during this estimated period. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541620 environment Consulting Services; small business $15 Million size standard applies. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database. All interested parties shall have a current registration and current annual On-line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in the System Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to award.
