The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) – Milwaukee, WI is soliciting businesses initial and ongoing psychological evaluation of applicant and employee police officers with the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform Police Psychological Evaluation Services as defined in this Statement of Work, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The period of performance shall be for a five-year ordering period with five single-year pricing periods.
