Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), is seeking offers to provide Mobile Positron Emission Tomography & Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) Services for the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital (Madison VA) located in Madison, WI. Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, and tools necessary to perform Mobile PET/CT Services at the Madison VA. Services shall also include maintenance and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment (including the mobile trailer/scanner) and the provision of radiopharmaceuticals. The period of performance is projected to be May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2027. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, fixed (unit) price, indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to the offeror whose offer conforms to all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and any other information required by the solicitation, and that provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is unrestricted and open to businesses of all socioeconomic categories. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 621512 is $16.5 Million. All businesses that believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Offerors are reminded to provide a complete quote as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and/or online through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home.
