Please refer to page 14 under Credentialing and Privileging. The process will depend upon the time it takes for the pharmacists and their references to respond to the VA Credentialiers. 2. Annual scripts are required as part of the pricing, what is the exact deliverable here? The deliverable is the script being filled within the time specified in the solicitation. 3. Please clarify if the Govt is looking for the contractor to provide the web-based system or just the personnel that can perform work on the Govt provided platform? The Government is seeking the services of virtual pharmacist who will provide services through a web-based system. 4. Are you looking for pricing for hourly rate, plus the charge per script during the weekends and holidays hours? Yes, please refer to the Price Schedule. 5. Is there a specific type/kind of security system that is preferred or required to have in order to perform virtual pharmacy work? There are no security system requirements as the Citrix Access Gateway is a secure network and gateway itself. Authorized key personnel will be credentialed and they will receive a VA PIV card in order to access the VA platform. 6. Can the time submission be extended until Friday, January 7, 2022? Yes, the solicitation is extended until Friday, January 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. 7. Is the Citrix Access Gateway the manner in which our pharmacists would be making the connection to the VA system? The VA system will be accessed through Citrix Access Gateway. 8. Is this $100,000.00 the ceiling for 1 fiscal year or for the entire 5 fiscal years of award? $100,000.00 is the ceiling for a 5-year contract. 9. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, has a requirement for Virtual Pharmacy Services for the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. The purpose of this solicitation is for a contractor to provide virtual inpatient pharmacy services for pending Urgent Care orders (inpatient and outpatient orders) during off tour hours for the Tomah Pharmacy in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and terms and conditions listed within the Request for Quote. The contract period of performance will be 5-year ordering periods with services on Saturday (7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.), Sunday (11:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.) and all Federal Holiday Weekdays (3:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m.).
