PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ANTICIPATED IFB FOR THE BELOW REFERERENCED PROJECT AT IRON MOUNTAIN VAMC Upgrade Primary Care Floor 1 Project # 585-20-112 Date: 8/22/2022 Statement of Work Overview: The Upgrade Primary Care Floor 1 project includes renovation of the phlebotomy lab, volunteer and coffee area, as well as updating finishes in the existing Outpatient Primary Care Clinic. Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with the documents, drawings and specifications to complete the Upgrade Primary Care Floor 1; 585-20-112, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, MI. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, data, finishes, and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. Period of Performance: Phase 0 Administrative shall be completed within 60 days of NTP Phase 1 Construction shall be completed within 210 days from NTP Attachments: DRAWINGS AND SPECS TO BE INCLUDED IN SOLICITATION.
