Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. This project will replace sidewalks on the Tomah campus that are deteriorating, cracked, out of level, and in need removal and reconstruction. Selected sidewalks are to be removed and replaced. A new pull off drive lane is needed along 5th Street. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer.

Estimated price range for construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
