Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25222B0013 Project: Water Main Replacement Between Building 43 and Building 102 Project Number: 695-21-108 Location: Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center has a requirement for the Water Main Replacement between Building 43 and Building 102, Project 695-21-108 on the campus of the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. The work involves, but is not limited to, infection control, all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract to complete Project # 695-21-108: Water Main Replacement between Building 43 and Building 102 to ensure approximately 700 linear feet of an existing watermain between Building 43 and Building 102 is replaced on the campus of the Milwaukee VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The project magnitude price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 237110 with a size standard $39.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of four hundred and eighty (480) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to Beta Sam (https://www.beta.sam.gov) on or about January 20, 2022. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for February 17, 2022. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
