The Department of Veteran Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), is seeking offers to provide Mobile Positron Emission Tomography & Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) Services for the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Milwaukee VAMC) located in Milwaukee, WI. Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, and tools necessary to perform Mobile PET/CT Services at the Milwaukee VAMC. Services shall also include maintenance and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment (including the mobile trailer/scanner) and the provision of radiopharmaceuticals. Mobile PET/CT services will be performed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Services shall be performed a minimum of five (5) hours a day, with the first patient arrival at 7:00 a.m. The period of performance is projected to be November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2026. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, fixed (unit) price, indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to the offeror whose offer conforms to all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and any other information required by the solicitation, and that provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is unrestricted and open to businesses of all socioeconomic categories. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 621512 is $16.5 Million. All businesses that believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide an offer.
