Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7007, the Government anticipates entering into sole-source procurement negotiations with HGS Engineering, Inc. a certified verified service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) for one year of Legionella collection and analysis services at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice by August 18, 2021 9:00 AM local time. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interest received on or before August 18, 2021 9:00 AM local time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
