The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) Milwaukee, WI is soliciting businesses for furniture relocation and installation services for Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and area Community-Based Outpatient Clinics, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals to provide and execute the labor and installation of furniture systems, moving of freestanding furniture, reconfiguration of offices/exam rooms. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of approximately twelve (12) months and four (4) Option Years.
