Requirements: Sewer Maintenance Services The contractor shall operate, service, and clean sanitary sewer systems, wastewater collection, and basins in accordance with all local, state, federal, health, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) laws and regulations to include those pertaining to the discharge of effluent water. The contractor shall ensure that all work is performed in accordance with all appropriate service and industry standards concerning water pressure, meters, and valves. The contractor shall comply with the Clean Water Act and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program and shall be responsible for maintaining current NPDES permits. The contractor shall ensure water flow in pipes and other components is maintained in a manner which prevents the cause of nuisance orders/repairs and prevents service interruptions. The contractor shall establish a service call system that is responsive to emergency requests. The contractor shall respond to any emergency request within four (4) hours of being contacted by the facility and arrive on-site within twelve (12) hours with all required equipment to resolve the problem. The contractor shall vacuum and clean sewers, mains, and basins, to include manholes, and jet clean sewer and storm lines. The contractor shall remove any clinging substances and leave areas around these spaces in a sanitary condition. The contractor shall remove and dispose of refuse off station in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials and equipment to provide the following: Provide high velocity jetting maintenance to our storm mains from fixture to fixture Remove and dispose of debris per EPA guidelines Provide grease trap maintenance for Building(s) 45; Remove grease trap debris and dispose per EPA guidelines Provide Lift station maintenance to Building 200 and Building 228. Maintenance to include high velocity jetting and vacuuming debris to be disposed of per EPA guidelines Sanitary lines to be high velocity jetted fixture to fixture; debris to be vacuumed and disposed of per EPA guidelines. Contractor shall high velocity jet floor drains Buildings 45 and 200 Kitchens off hours. Contractor to provide Bio-Amp Service to inject enzymes into the kitchen drain to help eliminate pests. Contract Type: Firm fixed Price.
