The purpose of this solicitation is for contractors to provide two (2) medical technologist to provide support to the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service. These services will be performed on-site at the Tomah VAMC for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with start times between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (minus ½ hour lunch), no weekends or federal holiday hours. The anticipated period of performance is August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022, with two three-month option periods through January 31, 2023. The NAICS for this requirement is 561320 Temporary Help Services, which is a small business size standard of $30 million. These services have been determined as non-personal services. Quotes including options will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability of performing required services, SDVOSB/VOSB status as verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at Home  · VetBiz Portal (va.gov), and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government.
