The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, supervision, materials and necessary equipment to install Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in specific areas throughout the facility of the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and recycling of existing carpeting. The contractor shall also be responsible for the preparation and installation of rubber base, ADA compliant transitions, and LVT. Work will include removal of the existing carpet and VCT (if present), floor preparation, installation of the LVT, furnish and install wall base and ADA compliant transitions. Contractor will move all office furniture, complete the removal of the old carpet & VCT (if present) and install of the new flooring prior to moving back the office furniture to the same location. All work shall be performed according to manufacturer s specifications and industry standards.
