The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for Small Business vendors with the capability to provide cleaning and maintenance for five (5) aquariums at the Tomah VAMC main campus in Tomah WI. This is for a 4-6 week service which includes refilling of automatic feeders, cleaning the tanks, and routine maintenance to ensure each aquarium is working properly. The 5 aquariums are the following sizes: 2 are 90-gallon, 1 is 115-gallon, 1 is 180-gallon and 1 is 120-gallon. All interested, responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 07:00 am Central on May 17th, 2021 to include detailed description of the firm s experience in providing this service, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to aaron.rogers1@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 561720. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.
