Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Milwaukee VAMC). 16 FTE Community Care RNs are needed to coordinate basic to complex patient care with Milwaukee VAMC s Community Care Network (CCN) partners. The location of services will be at the Milwaukee VAMC, 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. Contract RNs will work, at a minimum, an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, as required by the VA. The period of performance will be from the effective date of award (anticipated April 5, 2021) through September 30, 2021. All RNs must have completed an Associates or Bachelor s degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited Nursing program. RNs assigned by the contractor to perform the services must have a current and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561320.
