The Department of Veterans Affairs in Hines, Illinois will be requesting quotes for a mobile Cath Lab to be delivered, installed and connected to utilities at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center in Hines, Illinois. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price rental contract for a base period of four (4) months with two (2) two- month option periods. The projected start date for the rental is currently 01APR21 subject to construction of the pad. The Contractor shall provide a Cardiovascular Catheterization Modular Cath Lab Unit and the equipment to perform on-site Cardiovascular Laboratory procedures, as described in the attached Statement of Work.
