The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability of providing preventative and corrective maintenance and repair service of Hill-Rom beds located at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705. Service shall include two (2) scheduled visits per contract year to clean, inspect, adjust and repair potential problems on Hill-Rom model beds to include Versacare, Progressive, Totalcare, Totalcare Sport and Totalcare Bariatric beds. Service shall be performed according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manual and shall be performed by Hill-Rom certified technicians. All replacement parts used to perform service under this contract shall be OEM parts. Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision and travel costs necessary to perform this service. All interested, responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Local on Monday January 25, 2021. Summary shall include detailed description of the firm s experience in providing this service, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to susan.pasholk@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 811310. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.
