Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide quarterly maintenance, service, inspection, and testing, to all emergency generators, and load test all generators annually in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Generators are located on the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center Campus, in Milwaukee, WI, as defined in the Statement of Work.
