Page 2 of 2 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide preventive maintenance and emergency (unscheduled) repair of the Medtronic Cryo-console equipment at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Medical Center located in Hines, IL (Equipment List below). Vendor must be able to complete maintenance in accordance with all manufacturer s recommended service and preventative maintenance procedures and schedules. All field service representatives must be certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on the specific model as shown below. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Local Time on Thursday, December 10th, 2020. Along with the above requests, this should also include the following: DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Eileen.Meyer@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NAICS 811219. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.
