The Asbestos Containing Materials Testing and Monitoring (ACM T&M) contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, management, and equipment necessary to provide standard environmental samplings, inspections, testing, oversight, and monitoring services during the hazardous materials (asbestos) remediation (abatement) performed as part of the Renovate 7AN for GIGU and Procedure Clinic project at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee WI. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 562910, Remediation Services, with a size standard of $22 Million. The period of performance for this contact is in conjunction with demolition and Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) abatement of the Renovate 7AN for GIGU and Procedure Clinic construction project and is anticipated not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days. Additional CLINS will be included in the ACM T&M contract with separate Period of Performance dates to be exercised if additional ACM T&M services are required for this project. Further information regarding ACM T&M period of performance will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about February 23, 2021 with quotes due on or about March 26, 2021. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the CO that it is a (1) SDVOSB or VOSB eligible under this subpart; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) SDVOSB/VOSB listed as verified in VIP database at: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
