The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, has a requirement for Surgical Technologist services for the William S. Middleton VA Hospital (Madison, WI) The purpose of this solicitation is for contractors to provide two (2) surgical technologists to provide support to the Operating Room and Surgery Service. The contract period of performance will be for a base period of six (6) months plus two three-month option periods, if exercised. All qualified Small Business offerors/firms who believe they can provide these services will be verified in Small Business Administration Dynamic Small Business website SBA. Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses who believe they can provide the required services will be given preference in the evaluation. All qualified and interested Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be registered in Vendor Information Pages at VIP. Offerors are reminded to complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), including Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about December 10, 2020. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available on SAM website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response.
