Services are required for On-call coverage from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, On-call weekends Friday 3:30 p.m., back-up coverage to 10 days during staff absences from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Call-back estimated at 12 hours per year from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The requirement is for a five-year contract.
