The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide Brand Name or equal BIONIX equipment as follows: one (1) Medical Gas Outlet Analyzer and one (1) Electrical Receptacle Analyzer to the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. The vendor is responsible for all labor and shipping and handling needed to perform this request. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their exact equipment to this office by 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Monday, October 5th to include a detailed description of the requested equipment outlined below, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed.
