Site Visit will be held at the following address: Bob Michel Community Based Outpatient Clinic 7717 N. Orange Prairie Road Peoria, IL 61615 It is strongly suggested and expected that the offeror inspect the campus to be serviced to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case shall failure to inspect the campus constitute grounds for a claim after contract award Contractors must respond with a notice on intent to attend the site Visit to the Contracting Officer by 12PM Friday September 18,2020. This notice must include the number of attendees. Response shall be sent by email only to kevin.adkins@va.gov . The government is not responsible for any costs associated with attendance to this site visit. PLEASE NOTE: WHILE ON CAMPUS, ALL PERSONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS INSIDE ANY VAMC BUILDING. CONTRACTORS SHALL HAVE A TEMPERATURE CHECK UPON BUILDING ENTRY.ANYONE WITH A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 100.4 DEGREES F SHALL BE DENIED ENTRY.
