As a result of the Contracting Officer s review of the quotes received, the Contracting Officer has made the decision to cancel solicitation 36C25221Q0011. The total prices quoted were all substantially in excess of the IGCE, market research quote , and historical pricing for this requirement. All quoted total contract prices received were in excess by a minimum of approximately Seventy Eight percent . The Contracting Officer does not believe there is a reasonable expectation that a fair and reasonable price can be obtained from this solicitation due to the difference in quoted prices in comparison to known market pricing and historical pricing paid for these services under contract VA251-16-F-1092. Solicitation 36C25221Q0011 is hereby cancelled
