Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, MI Project No: 585-20-111 COR: Donald Demeuse Contractor: TBD Scope of Work Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and other items designated under the provisions of this contract Upgrade Low Pressure Steam Risers, Project# 585-20-111, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center Located in Iron Mountain, Michigan as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the contract drawings. The work involves demolition of some of the existing architectural, mechanical and electrical and the furnishing and installation of the new architectural, mechanical, and electrical located on the Sub-Basement, Basement, 1st Floor 2nd Floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor and 6th floor as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the drawings. Period of Performance will be 240 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP)
