Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete Project 695-19-107 Renovate 7AN for GI/GU and Procedure Clinic at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. This project will demolish existing interior spaces on the 7th floor, A-wing (north) 7AN of the main hospital (Building 111) and renovate approximately 11,000 SF for the relocated GI Procedure Clinic. The project will also update and/or correct mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), nurse call, duress, CCTV, medical gas, fire protection/suppression and pneumatic tube systems. The project magnitude range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220; size standard $39.5 Million applies. Time for completion is 515 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
