VA Medical Center is seeking the following GE OEC Medical Systems brand product & service: 9900 PMCARE Upgrade to VAS15F Platform, Part Number S7000LE This item is a critical software update and calibration service to existing imaging equipment that can only be provided by technicians certified to do so by GE OEC Medical Systems Inc. Full complete installation on site will be required. Previous Special Notice indicated intent to Sole Source to GE OEC Medical Systems, Inc. However, further market research has revealed the availability of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) which are capable of providing this requirement. As a result of this new information, the previous intent to Sole Source has been rescinded. This solicitation will be posted as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
