BASIS OF AWARD: The Government will make firm-fixed price award to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Please provide a quote for the following by Monday, September 21st, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Responses shall be submitted by e-mail to Vernise L. Offerors are requested to provide a quote for the exact equipment listed in the schedule above, OR, provide a quote for equal equipment. If offering equal , the offeror is responsible for submitting enough supporting information/documentation to illustrate their capability to meet or exceed the following Salient Characteristics.
