S. Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60612-4223 has a requirement for (25) freestanding hand washing stations with a minimum 45-gallon capacity freshwater and 45-gallon gray water hard-sided water tanks. Hand washing stations must have double hand washing capacity, two maintenance free spigots, two high-capacity spray soap dispensers, lockable towel dispenser and two easily accessible foot pumps. Hand washing station must meet The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Delivery shall be made to the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, 820. S. Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60612-4223.
